From May 20–23, 2025, the 10th Jubilee Edition of the International Scientific and Business Conference on Renewable Energy Sources (ICORES 2025) took place in Krynica-Zdrój.
For many years, the Department of Energy Resources at the Faculty of Geology, Geophysics and Environmental Protection of AGH University has proudly co-organized this event.
Geothermal energy was a key topic of discussion throughout the conference. Our team also had the opportunity to present recent research findings. Prof. Anna Sowiżdżał delivered a presentation titled “Geothermal Energy – Research and Innovations for Environmental Improvement,” highlighting our contributions to sustainable energy development.
