On February 1-2, 2024, the AGH Energy Center in Krakow hosted a seminar on the project "Strategy for the Development of CO2 Capture, Transport, Utilization and Storage Technologies in Poland and Piloting of the Polish CCUS Cluster (CCUS.pl)" and a workshop of the project "Polish-Norwegian CCS Network: Accelerating Climate Change Mitigation Technologies Deployment (ACCLAIMED-CCS)".
The meetings were dedicated to national CCS technology stakeholders interested in cooperation with Norwegian entities. The event was also an opportunity for Polish-Norwegian project managers to meet with a representative of the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Poland, as well as to present the scope of ongoing work and share it with the event participants. The EnerGizerS project was presented by the Project Manager, Prof. Anna Sowiżdżał (see the presentation). The fruitful cooperation between the consortium's contractors and the experience gained during the EnerGizerS project attracted the interest of those gathered. The results obtained, as well as potential opportunities for further cooperation with partners from Norway, were the main topics of the subsequent discussions behind the scenes.
